I’m Dr. Aswathy Udayan, PhD, MBA — Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer at Accubits Invent. I work across formulation, fermentation, and nutraceuticals, and I now lead the technology organisation behind our VOC-sensing medical devices. I’m a microbiologist by training and a formulation scientist by craft. As Co-founder & CTO of Accubits Invent, I lead the technology organisation behind our VOC-sensing medical devices — sensor-head formulation, validation workflows, and the quality systems that get devices into clinical use.
